Philosophy

Every product starts with a question.

  1. 01

    Observe

We watch how people actually live, and notice the small things that get in the way.

  2. 02

    Imagine

We ask what a calmer, simpler answer might look like — even if it is tiny.

  3. 03

    Create

We build it carefully, ship it quietly, and let it speak for itself.

Featured creations

Small tools, each from a small question.

We do not make products — we answer questions we noticed in everyday life. Each creation below keeps its original problem and idea attached.

100Ideas AI

An open directory of AI tools and MCP servers.

Problem

AI tools and MCP servers multiply faster than anyone can follow. New names appear daily, scattered across GitHub and newsletters, and picking the right one means chasing links instead of making progress.

Idea

100Ideas AI

Creation

We built a structured directory that catalogs open-source AI tools and MCP servers with clear categories, descriptions and links. It is a living archive — updated as the ecosystem grows — designed to be skimmed in minutes, not studied in hours.

CalcAtlas

Free, instant, privacy-first calculators — Schengen, FIRE and TDEE.

Problem

The calculations people actually live by — how many Schengen days are left, how close FIRE is, how many calories a body burns — live in cluttered sites full of ads and sign-up walls. The answer is buried under the noise.

Idea

CalcAtlas

Creation

We built CalcAtlas as a small atlas of calculators — Schengen 90/180 tracking, FIRE planning and TDEE — all running locally in the browser, with instant results and zero uploads. Each one is one screen, one answer, done.

PDF

A simple way to work with documents.

Problem

Every PDF tool asks you to learn its panels, sign up for its account, and wade through its ads before you can do the one thing you opened it for. People spend more time fighting the tool than finishing the document.

Idea

PDF

Creation

We built a single quiet browser workspace where merge, split, compress and convert sit one glance away. Everything runs in place, files stay local, and the interface recedes so the document becomes the interface. The whole product fits on one screen because the job usually does.

Image

Compress JPG and PNG images online — processed locally.

Problem

Every "free" image compressor uploads your files somewhere, shows ads, or caps you after two images. Photographers and web builders end up choosing between privacy and a usable tool.

Idea

Image

Creation

We built a browser-based compressor that processes JPG and PNG entirely on your device. Drop a file, pick a quality, download the result — nothing is uploaded, no account exists, and the compression happens in the time it takes to blink.

Markdown Studio

A minimal Markdown-to-PDF workspace with live preview.

Problem

Markdown is the writer's best friend until it's time to export. Converters mangle formatting, editors force you into their workflow, and getting a clean, print-ready PDF usually means fighting a tool instead of finishing a document.

Idea

Markdown Studio

Creation

We built Markdown Studio as a split workspace: Markdown input on the left, live A4 preview on the right, styled for print from the start. Export is a single click, everything runs in the browser, and nothing you write ever leaves your device.

Gunpla Log

Track, organize and showcase your model kit builds.

Problem

Model kit builders juggle spreadsheets, photo folders and half-remembered shelf spots. The backlog grows, WIP photos scatter, and a collection that should feel like a showcase feels like chaos.

Idea

Gunpla Log

Creation

We built Gunpla Log as a builder's companion for iOS with a web landing: log every kit, track build progress, attach photos and organize the collection the way it deserves. It turns a spreadsheet chore into a showcase you actually want to open.

Small helpers that think with you, not for you.

Fewer steps between you and the thing you meant to do.

Creative utilities

Tiny instruments for making things, just for fun.

About

We notice small problems — then we make things.

We spend our days watching how people actually live: the tiny friction when you are in a hurry, the awkward pause, the moment something just feels harder than it should.

Every creation on this page started as a question. Why is this annoying? Why does this take three steps? What if it took one?

We build small, ship quietly, and let the tool speak for itself. No dashboards, no noise — just useful things that earned their place on your screen.
